The Medical and Conduct forms need to be completed annually.  These will be sent out at the start of each academic year.  If you do not receive them, please contact the school office.  The Photographs And Videos, and Offsite, Educational and Sporting Fixtures consents should be reviewed as required and at least annually.  Consent for these can be given/changed via the SIMS Parent App.  If you have not already downloaded it, you will receive an invitation to do so.  If you do not receive this, please contact the school office.
